CAPTAIN TONY WILLIAMS
He is the Caprock HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area) Supervisor. He was recently involved with the FBI / Kash Patel operation that led to the arrest of 22 people in Lubbock who were involved with the Cartel and major drug trafficking in Lubbock.
